| HR Manager |
| Major Responsibilities |
- Assists with employee search/recruitment, coordinates interview scheduling and prepares/presents offer letter
- Conducts new hire training and orientations including an explanation of all benefits to employee
- Assists Office Supervisor with payroll, vacation scheduling and attendance control
- Conducts training for HR, benefits and other initiatives
- Assists with open enrollment and benefits administration and record keeping
- System owner for performace feedback, including recommendations for corrective action
- Develops, implements, and maintains systems to improve employee relations

Other Qualifications or Requirements |
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to work occasional flexible hours to meet with all shifts
|
Essential Functions/Requirements |
- Ability to communicate with employees in a professional manner during difficult or stressful situations
- Familiarity with automated payroll and timekeeping software
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience preparing and delivering training on employee policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills

Preferred Experience |
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR administrative/generalist experience & technical recruiting
|
Education |
- BA/BS preferred, but not required
|
