IT Administrative Support
General Experience
  • Two (2) years General office environment
Specialized Experience
  • One (1) year experience MS Office, conducting physical inventories, maintaining IT procedures and manuals
Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating/updating operational procedures
  • General office duties
  • software inventory
  • Assist in the maintenance of IT Office Manuals
  • Carry out regular hardware and software audits
  • Perform Daily IT Administrative Tasks as assigned
  • Attend all inbound calls for helpdesk and issue ticket and assign to support engineer
  • Manage all aspects of the Helpdesk
  • Assist in creating/updating operational procedures
  • Perform general office duties
  • Maintenance of hardware and software inventories

Skill & Technical Requirements

  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Able to work well in stressful situations
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work effectively on a multitude of tasks
  • Must have excellent written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with ticketing system (experience with ClientTel is a plus)
  • Must be able to understand technical issue to be able to document in ticketing system
  • Provide level 1 Help Desk Support over the Phone
  • Must be able to handle moving and handling of computers and computer devices
  • Must have full understanding of MS Access
  • Must be able to browse and understand file system and basic computer OS Commands

Education

  • High school graduate or equivalent
