SAP CRM Consultant

Major Responsibilities

The ideal candidate would assist in the functional specifications, RICEFW development, configuration and testing.

Strong emphasis the SAP CRM interaction center and case management skills. We're also looking for someone with good client skills to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Other Qualifications or Requirements

Some travel may be required
Ability to work occasional flexible hours to meet with all shifts

Essential Functions/Requirements

SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC Web client) and case management configuration skills
Knowledge of middleware & CTI
Configure financial Interaction Center( IC Web client)
Case management
Write functional specifications to support RICEFW developments
Participate in testing, training and post go-live support
Work with other functional team members on cross team integration points

Education

BA/BS preferred, but not required
