Carolyn W. Green is the Chief Administration Officer for BITHGROUP Technologies. She has day-to-day responsibility for the company's human resources, benefits, payroll, physical infrastructure, and recruiting and staff augmentation department.

Ms. Green has over twenty-five years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing, design engineering, research and development, human resources management, implementation of high performance teams, implementing Total Quality, and executive leadership.

Carolyn has worked for such companies as DuPont, Procter & Gamble, and General Motors before coming to BITHGROUP.

Ms. Green earned her BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering. She has studied at the University of Pennsylvania, University of Delaware, and Dartmouth College. It was at Dartmouth where she conducted graduate studies at the Amos Tuck School of Business and the Sociology Department at Dartmouth College. She has earned numerous certifications in implementing Total Quality, Managing High Performance Teams, and Outstanding Leadership.
