Eliot Powell serves as the Chief Financial Officer of BITHGROUP Technologies.  He is responsible for managing the company’s capital growth and development.  Before he was a part of BITHGROUP team, Eliot spent twenty-five years in various financial services and investment management roles. He has held positions in investment management investment banking, and real estate JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, LaSalle Partners and Venture Investment Associates.  Eliot earned his Masters of Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Pennsylvania.

Eliot’s activities include implementing existing and new financing opportunities for BITHGROUP Technologies portfolio of companies, identifying organic and acquisition business growth opportunities, and developing and maintaining strategic business partnerships.  Eliot is leading BITHGROUP Technologies establishment of a private equity fund that will focus on leveraging BITHGROUP’s experience to acquire and develop companies in Energy Management, Clean Tech and Information Technology.

In addition to his activities on behalf of BITHGROUP Technologies, Eliot sits on the board of The Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
