Wayne Armour is the Chief Technology Officer for BITHGROUP Technologies. In this position Mr. Armour is responsible for the development of the company's technological strategy and the long-term implementation of that strategy. Mr. Armour is ultimately responsible for all technical projects in which the company is currently under contract to perform. The complexity of today's information technology environments, combined with our customer's increased reliance on technology to reach their business goals, means that most clients often need specialized capabilities to address a one-time need or complete a specialized information technology support task. This business reality underlies the critical role that Wayne plays in meeting the needs of our clients. Mr. Armour is directly responsible for the recruiting and hiring of our technical staff and along with our Human Resources Manager, develops the career development plan for all of the company's technical and engineering staff.

Before joining the BITHGROUP Technologies executive team, Wayne held numerous positions in engineering, systems development, software engineering, Web development, network security, wireless engineering, and security of wireless networks. He has worked for such companies as IBM, Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, and OFO, Inc.

Mr. Armour earned his BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and also holds certifications, including: a) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and b) ISS Internet Security Engineer.
