Robert L. Wallace | President/CEO/Founder
Robert L. Wallace is an accomplished engineer, entrepreneur, author, keynote speaker, and internationally known business consultant. Mr. Wallace is routinely sought after by the world business community. Futher, he has gone on to create three successful companies - BITHGROUP Technologies, Inc., Bithenergy, Inc., and EntreTeach Learning Systems, LLC. He has authored numerous articles and books on entrepreneurship, wealth creation strategies, effective strategic partnering, intrapreneurship, and urban economic development. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Carolyn W. Green | Chief Administrative Officer
Carolyn W. Green is the Chief Administration Officer for BITHGROUP Technologies. She has day-to-day responsibility for the company's human resources, benefits, payroll, physical infrastructure, and recruiting and staff augmentation department. Ms. Green has over twenty-five years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing, design engineering, research and development, human resources management, implementation of high performance teams, implementing Total Quality, and executive leadership. Ms. Green earned her BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering.
Harry Holt | Executive Vice-President, Operations
Harry Holt brings over 27 years of technology, management and training experience to the team. Mr. Holt has worked with BITHGROUP Technologies for nearly seventeen years in numerous capacities including project manager, trainer, business development, recruiting, strategic planning, leadership development, STEM leader, and energy subject matter expert. He is the practice leader for developing and implementing training and development programs for clients in all disciplines. Mr. Holt has an MBA in Management from Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Brown University.
Amber Green | Director Health IT, Human Services
Amber Green is a project manager for Health IT and Human services. She has more than 10 years experience in IT management and social services. Her specializations in the areas of health and education technologies have helped her in leading projects for Maryland’s Department of Human Resources (DHR), Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), and Maryland’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH). Her technical health IT and human experience has included systems development, project management, business analyst, quality assurance, testing, help desk support and systems training for her state clients.
Chris Hawkins | Director, Identity Services
Chris Hawkins serves as the Director of Identity Services Group. Mr. Hawkins joined BITHGROUP team in 2008 and has provided instrumental leadership in strategically positioning the Identity Services Group in the biometrics industry. He is a Project Manager and Biometrics professional with over 6+ years experience in program management, biometrics equipment, staffing, recruiting, team training and more than 13 + years in client service satisfaction and retention. Mr. Hawkins specializations in the areas of identity services and biometric technologies have helped him in leading projects for Baltimore County Public Schools, Baltimore City Public County Schools, Baltimore County General Government , DC Department of Health, Johns Hopkins University and host of other both private and local, state and federal agencies.
Kim Campbell | Hardware and Infrastructure Sales
Kim Campbell serves as the Manager of Hardware and Infrastructure Sales. Ms. Campbell joined the BITHGROUP Team in 2004 as the skillful and dedicated Executive Assistant to Robert Wallace. Her responsibilities included obtaining and maintaining company business licenses, certifications, and organizational memberships. Operational functions included MBE & State Tax form reporting and accounting support. Kim has over twenty-five years of experience in business operations and providing comprehensive support to executives. In 2009 Ms. Campbell began the responsibilities of managing our hardware and infrastructure sales. She works closely with Dell, Aruba, Avaya, and other partners to support a variety of state and local government clients as well as several school systems with their hardware/software needs.
Haben Tesfahuney | HR Manager
Haben Tesfahuney is the Human Resources Manager. Ms. Tesfahuney has 8+ years of experience in Human Resource Management. As the Human Resource Manager, her responsibilities cover all human resources functions (Recruiting and Staffing, Benefits, Classification and Compensation, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Policies, Information Management and Leadership Development). Haben holds a BA degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A & M University-Commerce.
