U.S. Department of Agriculture
Developed Telecommunications Planning System for USDA’s voice and data communications implementation strategy.  Provided guidance on feasibility and effectiveness of the telecommunications implementation plan and recommended how to improve it.  Services provided included Business Analysis, Best Practices Benchmarking, Performance Review and Analysis, and Application Assessment. Also provided Intrapreneurship Training to over 500 USDA administrative staff and management over the course of two years. This included the design, development and delivery of training solutions.
Aberdeen Proving Ground
Provided on-site network maintenance and support for existing Novell 4.x and MS NT local area networks (LAN) for the Department of Safety, Health, and Environment.  Specific tasks included Network Design, Installation and Maintenance, Hardware/Software Evaluations, Technology Assessment, Technology Deployment, Network Management, Management Training, and End User Training.
Baltimore City Health Department
Responsible for conducting business process reengineering by identifying and contrasting areas of change as the department transitioned from their legacy system to the new INSIGHT system. Provided project management and system engineering, in addition to providing end-user training to a total of 100 clinicians, disease intervention specialists, and STD technicians. Specific tasks included Project Management, Systems Engineering, Business Process Reengineering, and End-User Training .
Department of Defense
Provided Microsoft Office software for improvement of office operations at the Pentagon. 
Howard County Department of Economic Development
Created and presented a program on the business case for supplier diversity to high level business leaders and top county officials. Topics included the supplier diversity challenge, the fishbone model, competitive benefits, key tenets for building supplier diversity, and recommendations for building a strong supplier diversity program.
National Institutes of Health
BITHGROUP Technologies currently provides support assisting in troubleshooting PC, Macintosh, COTS software and some custom software systems used by the NIH computing community, CIT and DCS. Our team of help desk support specialist provides the day to day phone support via the helpdesk, adapting to the frequent changing of technologies and the daily evolving requirements of the NIH.  
NAVAIR
Provided project management and technical services in the design and development of the corporate WAN infrastructure from previously installed Network Operating System. Migration of legacy systems was to Digital’s DECNET.  This migration led to the implementation of a 3000-node network in the Navy’s Crystal City location.  Specific tasks included Network Design, Installation and Maintenance, Hardware/Software Evaluations, Technology Assessment, Technology Deployment, Network Management, and End-user training.
